At the end of each calendar year, Range Officials will send their point card to NROI, the National Range Officers Institute of Canada, the address is printed on the front of the RO Points Card.

Once the NROI receives the card, the points are logged into the NROI National Database and a new card is issued to the official with the name and rank printed on the card.

Match points are awarded as follows:

• Level I match = 1 point
• Level II match = 2 points
• Level III match = 3 points
• Level IV match = 4 points
• Level V match = 5 points
